A landscape-led redevelopment of a deserted haulage yard into 10 contemporary rural dwellings set in a verdant landscape close to Melton Mowbray.

The layout designed around entering the site through an existing gap in the tall trees lining the boundary and looking down a lush, uncluttered new lane towards the existing tall tree at the opposite end of the Site and through to the open meadow beyond.

This development includes the planting circa 50 new trees, the sustainable retrofit and rejuvenation of a dilated bungalow to create an accessible home and provision of renewable energy to all dwellings through solar panels.
