Lords View One comprises four duplex penthouses on the unutilised flat roof of an existing 1970’s 11-storey residential building in St John’s Wood, with panoramic views across Lords Cricket Ground and Regents Park within the borough of Westminster.

The lower level accommodates three generous en-suite bedrooms and reception space, opening onto terraces. The upper level is dedicated to living, dining and kitchen areas and a further private terrace. There are further terraces and planting at roof level.

The project also delivered upgrades to the existing building, including refurbishment of the façades, entrances and lifts, along with improved landscaping and sustainability enhancements.

Now completed, the scheme was developed by Landcap and  implemented by Stiff + Trevillion.
