Kentish Oast House + Contemporary Cottages

Sensitive refurbishment and repurposing of a tired former Oast house to create two unique family dwellings, along with the replacement of dilapidated farm sheds with four contemporary cottages, a new mixed-use barn and associated landscaping in a traditional farm yard setting.

The cottages and Oast House are designed to work succinctly with the natural sloping site and optimise views across the surrounding rolling apple orchards which form part of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

The new cottages are designed to provide a generous three storey and three bedroom accommodation while appearing modest in scale due to their form and setting.
