A pair of contemporary family homes on an abandoned sloping parcel of land in Berkshire. Defined by simple forms and generous openings that frame views of the surrounding landscape. Structures are carefully positioned to retaining existing trees, as well as allowing for the planting of 30 new native trees. A raft of sustainability measures include natural materials and bio-solar roofs.
